Zoom Program: Fauna of the Garden

This event is no longer on sale.

Tuesday June 29

12:00 PM  –  1:00 PM

The Bay Area has a diverse fauna. The Botanical Garden provides an oasis for many of the species of amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals that inhabit the surrounding hills. While not all are typically seen by visitors on any one visit, encounters generally delight both adults and young throughout the seasons. A review of the biology of the major species in the Garden thus provides insights into rarely seen aspects of the fauna of the East Bay Hills. Presented by Garden Director emeritus Dr. Paul Licht.

NOTE: All participants are required to have and sign into their own Zoom account prior to joining meetings hosted by UC Berkeley. If you don't already have a Zoom account you can sign up for free here.
