Zoom Program: Drawing Spring Flowers with Karen LeGault
This event is no longer on sale.
Putting Pencil or Pen to paper while examining local spring flowers is a great way to hone our observation skills. In a non-judgmental experience - through guided exercises - we find numerous aspects of flowers to record. Whether we are looking at roses, iris, dahlias, nasturtiums, dogwood or whatever you can find blooming, we’ll find we understand a little more about the energy, shapes, proportions, shadows etc. and even surprise ourselves with a nice memory of the time we spent with a particular flower or plant.
Materials:
- pencil
- drawing paper or plain printer paper 8 1/2 x 11
- eraser
- if you have them, some colored pencils
