Yoga Walk Through the Garden

Come join fellow nature lovers in a mindful movement class at the UC Botanical Garden. During the 60-minutes, we will walk among the garden’s expansive collection, weave gentle Qigong and yoga practices at beautiful locations along the way. We'll learn breathing techniques to promote health, revitalize our senses and receive a healthy dose of Nature.

This class is led by Eugenia Park, a yoga instructor-Ayurveda wellness counselor-meditator-dancer with a humble appreciation for the infinite wisdom of Nature. Eugenia teaches yoga, Ayurveda and moving meditation classes locally, and will guide you safely through your inner & outer Nature practice. 

The class is open to all levels. Eugenia will provide guidance to make the practices accessible and enjoyable for every body. The mindfulness approach will support us in learning to be with our experiences in a way that cultivates awareness, vitality, acceptance and ease.

All program fees include admission to the Garden (a $12 value per adult).

Cancellation Policy: Notification 2 weeks prior to program receives full refund; less than 2 weeks receives a one-time credit toward another Garden program to be used within 90 days; cancellation less than 48 hours receives no credit. In the event that the Garden has to cancel a program you will be offered a full refund.
