Tannins are a large family of dyes that are found throughout the botanical world. Join globally renowned dyer, chemist, and botanist​

 Michel Garcia as he walks you through the University of California Botanical Garden looking at tannins from around the world. He will discuss the different classes of tannins and explain how they are used to create dyes and other important products such as wine, ink and leather. 

All program fees include admission to the Garden (a $12 value per adult). 
 
Cancellation Policy: Due to the special nature of this program, no refunds or transfers will be issued.  In the event that the Garden has to cancel a program you will be offered a full refund.
