Join us for a wonderful event to study the medicine of leaves and flowers. Spring is an abundant time to learn from plant medicine. There are so many fresh shoots, blooms and roots to use. Learn some of the favorites of Chinese medicine's apothecary. We will integrate plants in the UCB garden as well as some herbs you may already have in your garden!

-How to blend your own medicinal tea

 

You will go home with 

-Your own custom tea blend to care for yourself through Spring

Join Lauren Kaneko-Jones, Licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. Lauren is a seasonal wellness educator who loves supporting clients through the transitions of life. Her professional credits include Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine, Licensed acupuncturist in California and Nationally. Herbal teas are a daily practice in her life and have greatly supported her ability to stay healthy, boost immunity and feel more vibrant in the varying seasons.

Cancellation Policy: Notification two weeks prior to program receives full refund; less than two weeks receives a one-time credit toward another Garden program to be used within 90 days; less than 48 hours from program start, no refunds or credit will be given for cancellations or absences. In the event that the Garden has to cancel a program you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.
